  • Create an Event Timeline that details every 30 minute interval with all planning details of the event.
  • Bi-weekly meetings leading up to the event.
  • On-site coordination of the event.
  • Assist with brainstorming details of the event with you.
  • Coordinate rehearsal practice/run through for the event (if applicable).
  • Supervise the decorations and layout of the space including entrance/exit.
  • Manage communications between the vendors and the venue to ensure a timeless event.
  • Oversee decorations of the reception tables including: napkins, menus, flowers, name cards, bathrooms.
  • Provide guidance, advice, and support throughout the planning process.

 

PARTIAL PLANNING – Build Your Own Package.

  • Budget design and review to ensure we stay within your budget for the event.
  • Vendor research according to your specific style and budget criteria.
  • Assistance with event design/creativity including: decorations, invitations and over all ambiance.
  • Detailed task list for the event.
  • Guidance, advice, and support throughout the planning process.
  • Set up and take down of decorations.
  • Creation of own personal calendar/schedule for the event with built in phone/email reminders.

 

FULL EVENT PLANNING

  • Full vendor research, selection and communication for event.
  • Timeline creation of task list items and event schedule.
  • Design, create, set up and take down special event décor.
  • Orchestrate ceremony line up and reception introduction for event including rehearsal.
  • Disbursement of payment and/or gratuities for all vendors.
  • Budget design and review to ensure we stay within your budget for the event.
